COUNTRYSIDE PARK TIED-DOWN UNITS (6+6 & ANNUAL)

RENTAL UNITS RULES & INFORMATION

PERMANENT PLACEMENT:  RVs, motor homes, park models, mobile homes, as well as sheds, carports, and

utility hook-ups are subject to the approval of management and the maintenance supervisor.  BE AWARE

THERE ARE NO SET LOT LINES.  All decisions made by management are final.  All 6+6 and annual residents'

units must be tied down and skirted per the State of Texas requirements and Countryside rules and insurance,

and need to be maintained.

ELECTRIC:  If at all possible, it is strongly requested that these residents obtain private electric.  There are

many companies in the Rio Grande Valley to choose from.

ADDITIONAL RV PARKING:  Must be approved by management as only one unit is allowed per site.  RV

storage is limited and can be arranged for a monthly fee of $15 with no hookups.  However, if this space is

needed, you may be requested to move the unit.

RENTING PERSONAL TIED-DOWN UNITS:
Is allowed with approval of management.  Rent and electric (if park provided) is the responsibility of the owner of the unit.  All renters must be registered at the office and rent paid to date.

BUILDING: construction, masonry work, etc., must be approved by management and the maintenance

supervisor in advance.  No trees or shrubs may be removed without permission of management.  We

encourage planting of trees and shrubs but check with the maintenance supervisor to avoid utilities.  No

planting of palm trees, prickly cacti, or bougainvillea is allowed.

CLOTHES LINES: Only umbrella-type clothes lines may be used.  All washing machine water must be drained

onto the grass to avoid filling up the septic tanks.

SELLING UNITS:  Residents selling their tied-down units must notify management of their intentions.

Management reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant.  Any unit being removed from the park

requires that all rent and utilities be paid in advance of move-out date. The owner is responsible for making

sure the lot is left clean.  When tying down a unit see the maintenance supervisor for instructions and/or

LAWN MAINTENANCE:  Park maintenance personnel will only mow where the mower can enter.  Yearly and

6+6 residents (when here) are responsible for maintaining their own lawns, if able; otherwise maintenance

personnel will do the lawn work.  Hand mowers are provided for residents’ use.  The park will provide the oil

and gasoline for the mowers.

PLEASE SEE PARK MANAGEMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON PARK RULES OR CONCERNS.

We sincerely thank you for selecting Countryside Park for your stay in the Rio Grande Valley.
